It Seems 10/11/05

It seems like life has it out for me
Whenever things are good or seem to be
Things around crash in on me.

I start to recoup
The bills are current and not past due
Then once again life crashes in anew.

The latest events really through me for a loop
I ended up as usual in some real soup.
Away out I see or so it seems
But things just aren't happening so that I can see.

Partly I know 'cause I've left things undone
I try so hard to get ahead
But it seems like such a long hard run
One that I have never won.
